Zusammenfassung
Der Begriff Vorgehensmodell wurde in Kapitel 2 als eine Zusammenstellung von Elementen definiert. Abschnitt 4.2 nennt nun die vier allgemeinen Elemente, die Kanban charakterisieren. Anschließend stellt Abschnitt 4.3 den Bezug dieser Elemente unter anderem zu den Werten der schlanken Softwareentwicklung her.
