Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel erläutert in Abschnitt 3.2 Grundideen von Kanban und in Abschnitt 3.3 typische Messgrößen bei dem Einsatz von Kanban, die aus diesen Grundideen hervorgegangen sind. Anschließend beschreibt dann Abschnitt 3.4 die Entstehungsgeschichte von Kanban. Schließlich nimmt Abschnitt 3.5 Bezug auf den in Abschnitt 2.2 eingeführten Begriff Wert und nennt unter anderem die abstrakten Werte der schlanken Softwareentwicklung, auf denen Kanban basiert.
