Zusammenfassung
Neben der klassischen, sequenziellen Phasenanordnung („Wasserfall-Modell“) wurden spezifische Vorgehensmodelle etabliert, welche den Anforderungen einzelner Projektklassen besser gerecht werden (z.B. das V-Modell für die Software-Entwicklung). Die nachfolgenden Vorgehensmodelle haben sich sowohl als Alternative wie auch als Weiterentwicklung des klassischen Phasenkonzeptes etabliert.
