Zusammenfassung
Wie aus Langzeitstudien hervorgeht, besteht für Säuglinge und Kleinkinder mit persistierendem Schreien und multiplen Regulationsstörungen ein erhöhtes Risiko, im späteren Kindesalter Symptome eines ADHS zu entwickeln. Das Bemühen um Früherkennung der spezifi sch gefährdeten Kinder lenkt die Aufmerksamkeit auf das frühkindliche Spiel, das in entwicklungspsychopathologischen Konzepten im Gegensatz zur Bindung bemerkenswert wenig beachtet wird. So leidet etwa jedes dritte der in einer Spezialambulanz für frühkindliche Regulationsstörungen vorgestellten Kinder zusätzlich unter einer auff älligen Spielunlust, die mit extrem kurzer Aufmerksamkeitsspanne, dysphorischer Unruhe und motorischer Umtriebigkeit einhergeht. Das Kapitel fasst klinische Studien und videogestützte Beobachtungen zum Erscheinungsbild sowie spieltherapeutische Interventionen zusammen und diskutiert Entstehungsbedingungen, Prognose und Ansätze präventiver Intervention in Bezug auf ADHS in Zusammenhang mit der frühkindlichen Entwicklung von Aufmerksamkeit und Spiel .
