Abstract

Features of spinal tuberculosis has been noted, reported and described by the Ancient Egyptians 5000 years ago. They noted in their paintings and writings its occurrence among ordinary people and among the nobles (Fig. 1.1, Chap. 1 Tuberculosis in Ancient Egypt).
