Zusammenfassung
Für die Behandlung von Schmerzen sind 2003 weiterhin mehr Opioidanalgetika als nichtopioide Analgetika verordnet worden. Ursachen sind eine erneute kräftige Zunahme der Opioidverordnungen (+12 %) und eine gleich-zeitige geringe Abnahme nichtopioider Analgetika bei den Acetylsalicylsäure- und Paracetamolpräparaten. Die Verordnung von Metamizol hat einem stetigen Trend der letzten Jahre folgend auch im Jahre 2003 weiter zugenommen. In der Gruppe der stark wirkenden Opioidanalgetika hat transdermales Fentanyl seine führende Position weiter ausgebaut. Auch die Verordnungen von Oxycodon und Hydromorphon stiegen stark an, während Morphin fast stagnierte. Bei den Opioiden zur Substitutionstherapie opioidabhängiger Personen wurde wieder mehr Methadon und Buprenorphin, aber weniger Dihydrocodein verschrieben.
