Zusammenfassung
Mit chemischen Reaktionen verbundene Stoffwandlungsprozesse besitzen in der Verfahrenstechnik eine zentrale Bedeutung. Die offensichtlichsten Anwendungen liegen dabei im Bereich der chemischen Industrie. Die zielgerichtete Nutzung, die sichere Beherrschung und die quantitative Beschreibung chemischer Reaktionen spielen allerdings auch in vielen anderen Industriezweigen eine wichtige Rolle.
