Beim Mentalen Training geht es darum, durch das intensive Vorstellen eines Bewegungsablaufs die Bewegungsausführung positiv zu beeinflussen. Wie eine adäquate Bewegungsvorstellung erzeugt werden kann und wie diese Bewegungsvorstellung schließlich Gegenstand des Mentalen Trainings wird, ist in diesem Kapitel beschrieben.
