  • Infiltration in das umgebende Gewebe (per contiguitatem ),

  • entlang anatomischer Strukturen (per continuitatem ) wie z. B. Ducti oder Gewebeschichten (Strecksehnen; Beugesehnenscheide etc.) und

  • über die Lymph- und Blutgefäße.
