Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel behandle ich drei grundlagentheoretische Auffassungen, die ich für die paradigmatischen Ausgangspunkte der Körperpsychotherapie halte: die ganzheitliche Sicht des Patienten als eines erlebenden Subjekts, das Verständnis des Psychischen als Embodied Mind und die Bedeutung des Erlebens als eines subjektiven Erkennens der Welt. Im Abschnitt über das Erleben gehe ich auch auf die Bedeutung der Phänomenologie für die Körperpsychotherapie ein.
