Zusammenfassung

Sexueller Kindesmissbrauch stellt einen Angriff auf die körperliche und psychische Integrität des Kindes dar, der in der Regel mit Verwirrung, Hilflosigkeit oder starker Angst erlebt wird. Die Opfer eines solchen Traumas zeigen häufig schwerwiegende psychische Langzeitfolgen, zu denen die chronische posttraumatische Belastungsstörung zählt. Die unterschiedlich strengen Definitionen des Begriffes sexueller Missbrauch unterscheiden sich hinsichtlich verschiedener Dimensionen:
