Zusammenfassung
In den Gesprächen, die ich für dieses Buch mit den Verantwortlichen für beispielhafte PLM-Konzepte in der Industrie für hrte, wurde immer wieder deutlich: Produkt-Lebenszyklus Management verlangt nicht nur nach einer Verständigung über die Aufgaben, die damit gelöst, die Prozesse, die damit verbessert werden sollen. Es verlangt auch nach einer genaueren Definition dessen, was mit dem Bestandteil ‚Management‘ im Begriff eigentlich gemeint ist.
