Summary
Západoslovenskci energetika (West Slovakia Energy Utility) is the largest Slovak electric energy distribution company. In 2001 it started to implement comprehensive restructuring of the company with the aim to prepare for liberalization of electric the energy market. IDS Scheer Slovakia offered its experience from the Czech energy sector, and joint solution teams then developed a comprehensive project of process-oriented company restructuring. After the entrance of the strategic partner E.ON Energie, this project became the basis for the project of implementing of changes throughout the company.
