Abstract
In this paper, we make some improvements on the domain-based resource discovery architecture and present a transparent-to-outside resource management framework (TRMF). Its uppermost characteristics are the different discovery modes for inside and outside resources, the interdomain transfer of aggregated resource information and the corresponding scheduling policy. These key mechanisms and main operation processes have been described here.
