Zusammenfassung

Der Begriff Balance of Power (Gleichgewicht von Machtverhältnissen) ist in der wissenschaftlichen Literatur höchst umstritten. Ernst B. Haas hat einmal versucht, die Begrifflichkeit des Gleichgewichts zu erklären und dabei festgestellt, dass dieser Begriff mindestens acht verschiedene Bedeutungen aufweist.
