Im vorliegenden Beitrag gehe ich von der Beobachtung aus, dass weltpolitische Veränderungen nach dem Ende des Kalten Krieges zahlreiche direkte und indirekte Implikationen für globale Politik im Allgemeinen sowie für Sicherheitspolitik und den Beruf des/der Soldat/in im Speziellen haben.
