Zusammenfassung

Identität und Identitätspolitik sind wichtige Themen für die Disability Studies und die Behindertenbewegung. Der Beitrag geht individuellen und kollektiven Identitätskonstruktionen behinderter Menschen nach und beleuchtet widersprüchliche Positionierungen. Es werden zunächst theoretische Konzepte der individuellen und kollektiven Identität vorgestellt. Anschließend werden die Debatten zu Identität und Identitätspolitik in den Disability Studies behandelt.
