Zusammenfassung
Bei der Schätzung von Strukturgleichungsmodellen wurden Konstrukte bislang vielfach fehlerhaft konzipiert und operationalisiert. Vor diesem Hintergrund soll der vorliegende Beitrag zeigen, wie mit dem Partial-Least-Squares-Ansatz (PLS) komplexe Modelle analysiert werden können, die weder auf normalverteilten Daten noch auf einer hohen Fallzahl beruhen und deren Komponenten sich jeweils aus unterschiedlichen inhaltlichen Facetten zusammensetzen.
