Zusammenfassung
Die Automobilindustrie befindet sich in einer entscheidenden Phase ihrer Entwicklung. Es wird deutlich, dass sich die klassischen Wettbewerbsstrategien im Porter’schen Sinne immer mehr polarisieren: Kosten- oder Leistungsführerschaft. Der vorliegende Artikel umschreibt, wie Empathie Design in diesem Spannungsfeld als ein Instrument genutzt werden kann, um die Produkte noch stärker den Kundenbedürfnissen anzupassen und damit nachhaltige Differenzierung vom Wettbewerb zu erreichen.
