Zusammenfassung
Der Beitrag beschreibt und reflektiert den zentralen Ansatz der kundenorientierten Service-Produkt-Entwicklung und die Bemühungen um die methodische Integration von etablierten Designmethoden und Entwurfswerkzeugen im Mobile Business. Die umgekehrte Betrachtung der Wertschöpfungsprozesse vom Kunden aus ermöglicht neue Sichtweisen auf die Organisations- und Prozessziele von Unternehmungen zur Steigerung der Trefferquote bei sozio-technischen Innovationsvorhaben.
