Zusammenfassung
Glühende flüssige und feste Körper strahlen ein kontinuierliches Spektrum aus, das nicht charakteristisch ist und daher auch nicht analytisch verwendbar ist. Leuchtende gas- und dampfförmige Materie emittiert eine diskontinuierliche Strahlung in einem eng begrenzten Wellenlängenbereich, die für jedes Element charakteristisch ist.
