Zusammenfassung
Als determinierend ist die erfolgswirksame Positionierung einer Organisation im Konglomerat aus Beziehungen zu ihrer Umwelt anzusehen. Bereits in den Ausführungen zu strategischen Unternehmensnetzwerken wird deutlich, daß eine Positionierung im Rahmen des ökonomischen Metasystems die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit bedingt, was die Begründung für das Entstehen eines dynamisch-offenen Netzwerkverbundes darstellt. Die Beeinflussung der Mikroebene erfolgt mit der Vorgabe, eine verbesserte Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Gesamtnetzwerks zu erlangen. Hierbei kann das Unternehmensnetzwerk als Verbund von Kompetenzen begriffen werden.272 Ziel des Aufbaus, der Pflege und Neugestaltung der Netzwerkbeziehungen ist die kontinuierliche Erneuerung und Ergänzung von Kompetenzen und systemischer Innovationen durch die gleichzeitige Existenz von Kooperation und Wettbewerb zwischen den Mitgliedern des Netzwerkverbundes.273
