Zusammenfassung
Wird eine Flüssigkeit erhitzt, so setzt bei Überschreiten der Siedetemperatur ϑs Verdampfung ein. Bei kleinen Übertemperaturen der Wand ϑo-ϑs findet Verdampfung nur am oberen Flüssigkeitsspiegel statt. Die Wärme wird durch freie Auftriebsströmung von der Heizfläche an die Flüssigkeitsoberfläche transportiert.
