Zusammenfassung
Der Versuch, organisationstheoretische Grundlagen aus einer allgemeinen Sozialtheorie abzuleiten, verspricht, den unvermeidlichen Verlust an konkreter Organisationsanalyse durch den Gewinn eines soliden Theoriefundaments, das weitgehend von den jeweiligen organisationstheoretischen Mödestromungen abgekoppeltist, mehr als nur zu kompensieren. In diesem Sinne soll im folgenden versucht werden, das Potential der Rational Choice-Theorie für eine zu entwikkelnde allgemeine Organisationstheorie auszuloten.1
