Auf dem einen Pol steht die Auffassung, Lobbying sei ein normales Element der Demokratie und stehe zu Unrecht im Verdacht unzulässiger Einflussnahme. Auf dem anderen Pol geht es vor allem um die Frage: Wann verwandelt sich Lobbyismus in eine Gefahr für die Demokratie?
