Abstract
A combination of the Earned Value Method and the Agile approach is proposed by means of a case study of new production system implementation. The project was managed in the traditional way. Advantages of introducing Agile elements (mainly concerning the communication among all the project stakeholders) into the traditional Earned Value Method are shown.
