Abstract

One of the aspects of improving economic security of the region is creation of economically stable and efficient economic structures.

The experience of creating and operating of industrial parks created at the discretion “from above” (of the authorities) in the region indicates that the desired result is not always achieved. The administrative resource does not always work in the market economy.

Adequate market mechanisms for organizing park structures, based on economic feasibility and profitability of a similar project are needed.

Creation of regional logistics industrial parks has its own specific character that consists in the integration on the same territory of the economic entities that have different functional orientations but fulfill the complex task of creating effective regional logistics infrastructure with a high level of logistic service.

To solve this problem, it is necessary to comply not only with the organizational and functional conditions, but first of all, with the economic conditions for entering of an economic entity into the park integration system.

The article explores the conditions of organizational and economic sustainability of the regional logistics industrial park of the transit region, based on the example of the Voronezh region.
