Abstract
The subject of research presents the features of the attitude to self-image, the changeability of the group, professional identity, and ambiguity tolerance in preschool teachers.
It has been found that preschool teachers who go into higher education at present, and younger professionals as compared to those who are not receiving education at present, demonstrate the maximum readiness for changes and ambiguity tolerance; differences at the statistically significant level were found. Being in conditions of continuing education which promotes to the implementation of opportunities and a younger age of the subjects are a positive prerequisite for further work in the field of efficient learning of newest information technologies by them, their aspiration to become experts in professional activities.
