Abstract

This article discusses the issues of improving the quality management system of products and processes at machine-building enterprises, ensuring compliance with external and internal conditions and structures of the enterprise, depending on the type of product, activity and actions of employees. The organizational mechanisms of the quality management system are formed by analyzing the factors influencing the improvement process, the process approach, the scientific concept, phrases and research results related to improving the effectiveness of the quality management system. The quality management system is a system that has absorbed all the positive world practices and integrates all quality concepts into its philosophy, summarizing the many years of experience of enterprises around the world and forcing enterprises to formulate certain quality practices. When developing and implementing a quality management system in an enterprise, its business environment, changes in the environment or the risks associated with this environment, its changing needs, its specific goals, products, processes, its size and organizational structure are taken into account.
