Abstract

The reuse of industrial buildings can achieve energy conservation and environmental protection, and maximize social and economic benefits. However, the energy consumption of the construction industry is very high, which makes people pay more and more attention to the transformation and reuse methods to reduce demolition and the transformation of industrial buildings. Computer BIM technology can fully display the architectural design scheme, and the interior space that needs to be transformed can be adjusted in time to meet the requirements of indoor temperature and lighting. Therefore, this paper introduces computer BIM technology into the planning of building interior renovation projects, and builds an interior renovation information model. It is hoped that in the construction process, the use of this technology can make the design closer to the actual living needs of customers. After analyzing the changes of indoor lighting area and temperature area before and after the reconstruction, it is found that the areas with lighting coefficient greater than or equal to 5% account for 96.93% of the total workshop area. After the transformation, the area with indoor temperature less than or equal to 300K accounts for 86.2% of the total plant area. The basic conditions of the plant are improved, and the plant can be used again in other ways.
