Big Data in Information Society and Digital Economy

Abstract

Digitalization, informatization and robotization penetrate into all spheres of socio-economic, industrial relations, and act as an integral component in the management structure of complex economic processes. Advanced ideas on the development and application of high technologies in the field of business management create additional opportunities to improve the efficiency of economic indicators. A sufficiently high level of development of socio-economic relations, achievements of science and technology create the necessary conditions for this. The reasonable application of technical standards, symbols and the systematic use of legal norms, the combination of new and traditional legal regulation regimes to neutralize contradictions between the interests of the digital, information and communication industry and other socio-economic institutions increase the efficiency of business management. Legal support for the normal development of business is a real problem that requires a doctrinal study of social practice and an explanation of the strategy for improving the mechanisms of legal regulation and protection of service and management institutions in modern conditions of active development of the digital, information and communication industry (Ivanov in Bulletin of the Russian University of Cooperation 3:105–108, 2016 [3]).
