Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has changed many activities in social life, in education and training, especially online education. In that context, the COVID-19 pandemic has pushed for faster online learning to meet the needs of learners’ smooth learning in all conditions of the epidemic. The study was conducted to evaluate the factors affecting the effectiveness of online learning in a developing country. Using a sample data from 150 households, and statistical analysis methods, the research results show that learning behavior and learning content have a positive impact on online learning effectiveness. However, interactions between learners and family learning method have a negative impact on online learning effectiveness. Finally, the chapter found no evidence of family sharings on online learning.
