Abstract
At present, the rational use of energy and energy efficiency within the framework of an adequate energy management system, represent a step towards sustainable energy planning, understood as that which makes good use of natural resources. Cares for the environment and incorporates low-carbon energy sources [1].
Knowing that per capita consumption is disaggregated by sector [2], added to the impact produced by COVID-19 in these times of pandemic [3], it seeks to bring, through an intelligent web platform, the possibility that anyone can carry out a energy audit, knowing their consumption and helping to identify behaviors [4, 5], which can improve use in favor of the consumer.
