Abstract
The harrowing effect is the leveling of the surface, which makes it possible to optimize the distribution of the incoming atmospheric moisture over the field. The processes of high-quality tillage are relevant for the conditions of the Amur Region, as an area of risky agriculture with special natural and climatic conditions. So in the fall, a large amount of precipitation falls in the region, which leads to a violation of the water-air state of the soil and the formation of a soil crust on the surface of the field. To eliminate the above mentioned effect, it is necessary to carry out such a field operation as harrowing using heavy disc harrows due to the fact that the land resources of the Amur Region are represented mainly by heavy loamy soils. The article presents the results of the research and optimization parameters that confirm the effectiveness of the modernization of disc harrows by adjusting the vertical load on the working body of the harrow due to the redistribution of the adhesion weight in the scheme of a wheeled harrow machine-tractor unit.
