Abstract
This chapter analyses the efforts of the Interreligious Council of Uganda (IRCU) in the holistic development of Uganda. Starting with a meta-survey of the objectives and programmatic areas for which the IRCU was set, the chapter highlights some key interventions that the interfaith body has provided in securing development in Uganda and how such programmes contribute to the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals. It further highlights the challenges that are affecting the IRCU in its work of contributing to the development of Uganda. It concludes by applauding the achievements made so far and urges the faith body to continue pushing forward.
