Abstract
The purpose of the chapter is to demonstrate advantages of collaboration in digital environment and show the importance of educating qualified professionals for sustained economic growth. The research was based on the qualitative approach. Data were obtained from the survey. The author analyzed the data, using the method of semantic interpretation. The methodological basis of the research is the theory of human capital in the context of the sustained development. The results obtained in the research show that the implementation of cooperative learning in digital educational environment has advantages as it increases motivation, promotes collaboration and allows using new management tools. The transition from traditional classroom teaching to remote one requires formation of soft skills, acquisition of digital competencies, development of professional skills that will make qualified specialists more competitive in labour market. The results of the research are useful for determining perspectives for more efficient cooperation and collaboration in digital educational environment which will enable formation of the competencies required for qualified professionals. The study has proved that cooperative learning motivates students and has significant potential for effective distance learning.
