Abstract
According to the data of China’s economic blue book in 2010, 85% of the families have difficulties in housing payment. Therefore, the key problem in identifying housing poverty is to determine the purchasing power of commercial housing and the measurement method. This paper introduces several commonly used methods of housing affordability measurement, and analyzes the application scope, advantages and disadvantages of various methods.
