Abstract

This chapter aims to summarise the results achieved in the previous passages of this inquiry. In fact, this is a topic in which it is not possible to reach ‘conclusions’. As anticipated in Chap. 1, the goal of the present analysis is to set the premise to start, and not to conclude, a legal discussion about the impact of AI and computational modelling on criminal justice.
