Abstract
This study focuses on the future of transport automatization. Engineering achievements such as creation of dedicated tracks on motorways and in urban areas in many countries of the world, global competition for new innovative markets, first victims of autonomous driving and other events make us turn to this topic. The relevance is associated with its promise in the field of technology development and improving the quality of life. The purpose of this article is to study the potential problem and prospects of autonomous transport, as well as the state of legal regulation. Conclusions are made about main advantages of car full automation: the safety, economic, environment and social gain, efficiency and convenience, mobility. By eliminating the human driver, the problem of legal regulation of autonomous vehicles arises. Technology of car automatization, disruptive by nature, represents a necessity to change existing legal norms of civil, criminal, administrative law etc. We have identified a major problems and directions of legislative initiatives for Russian Federation.
