Abstract
Some industrial firms have quite legitimately embarked on using the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) to bring indisputable elements to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Such legitimacy is based on correlations that can be established by the use of Big Data and on the observation that practitioners cannot control all the data that regularly appears in the field of their specialty or on the precision that digital image processing can provide.
