Abstract
The present article is devoted to the problem of increase of the production planning process efficiency. There is considered the task of production plan development with the help of intellectual analysis of the current situation according to the key criteria. The authors offer the use of mathematical tools of fuzzy logic in order to analyze the production situation and to make recommendations on the choice of the optimal production plan, as well as a checking mechanism of the consistency of recommendations with the actual preferences of the person taking management decisions.
