Abstract

Digital market and virtual market relations demonstrate patterns of economic relations and development, different from the classic risks. The process of transformational costs reduction is accompanied by a process of transaction costs exponential increase and trust decline. Furthermore, virtual market relations form specific institutions to minimize transactions risks.
