Résumé
Notre prise en charge du traitement des lésions des extenseurs à la main remonte à 1971. Yves Allieu ramenait des États-Unis la technique du Barb Wire (1–3), un fil d’acier avec deux harpons placés dans le tendon et complété par une suture. Il s’agissait en fait d’une suture bloquée. Mais, lors de la dynamisation de la suture, le plomb proximal libéré entraînait de nombreux sepsis.
