Abstract
Extensive efforts to fabricate titanium alloy components by powder metallurgical technique have been made in recent years.1–10 In almost all cases, however, completely alloyed powders produced by various processes, such as the hydride-dehydride process, mechanical attrition process or rotating electrode process, were used as the starting materials.
