Abstract
A central problem in any theoretical approach to factors underlying individual differences involves the systematic organization of these factors, their interconnections, and their influence on the observable behavior of the organism. Thus, anthropometry is concerned with investigation of factors underlying bodily structure; psychometry, with the structure of psychological factors basic to personality organization; and so on.
