Abstract
Originating in the work of DeDuve’s group (1), the concept of drug targeting is intended to improve the selectivity of transfer of a drug to target cells (2). The drug targeting consists of the association of a therapeutic effect and of a tissular specificity resting on the molecular association of a drug and a vector in a complex. The drug distribution in the body, being in principle governed by the vector, can be modified as a function of the chosen vector.
