Abstract
Since January 1S89 our department is gaining experience the L2 frequency updated Wild-Magnavox receiver (WM102). During spring 1989 some GPS campaigns were carried out. The practical experiences of these campaigns are reported. The overall experience of the receivers is that they are both reliable and easy to operate. The preliminary results for baselines with different lengths (long, medium and very short) are generally satisfactory, but significant PoPS software problems occured.
