Abstract
The economy of China has developed very rapidly since about 15 years. Many new enterprises, such as banks, warehouses, hotels, etc., appeared almost every day. The need for an efficient method of developing information systems has been very urgent. A huge amount of investment has been consumed to build information systems one after another, which are mostly very similar to each other. In this process, many resources were wasted to produce similar products repeatedly.
