Abstract
Evaluation of material properties is a field of great interest for TNDE (Imhof et al. 1991). This is an important subject for at least two reasons. First of all, in order to predict the behaviour of a given component or solve the “inverse problem”, it is necessary to perform modelling of the actual experiments. Such modelling requires knowledge of thermophysical properties of the inspected materials.
