Abstract
Violence in the workplace is a consequential topic. Any untoward event in an enterprise is a matter of concern to senior management and the public at large. But when the event is a violent one traced to the action of an employee, the outcomes are more disconcerting and disruptive. Murder, or non-negligent homicide, is the most appalling and dire of violent incidents.
